Camilla trained in holistic management in Zimbabwe and Argentina and has run a farm of her own, so she knows what is going on when she walks a paddock. She is accountable in Zurich, and being on the farms remains one of her greatest passions.

That long experience is what lets her choose the right person for each piece of land, and trust managers on the ground who are even better equipped than she is. Her capacity to care deeply about a project and its land base is what pushes her further. She feels connected to every place she works, and responsible for it.
